I like U.S. Plastics,..but the $20.00 base shipping is a turnoff. I gather they don't care for small orders so they throw the shipping charge in there to make it worth their while to pack it up.

That also works with Amazon. I would like to get it directly from the company but their shipping can be crazy! A lot of orders come from the same company (US Plastics) but no shipping on Amazon, although Amazon charges them up to 30%. Makes since for the company? I just don't get it!

Yea,..I do by some stuff from Amazon and Ebay,...12V pumps, solenoids, and maybe a few other things. I get my little three way valves and regular "straight" valves from anywhere I can get them that have Viton seals. Like Brett said, when you get stuff from Amazon that is coming from U.S. Plastics it's marked up to include the shipping anyhow. I also like McMaster-Carr for some stuff, like PVC fittings and pipe nipples, and some valves. Seems like no one sells the whole range of products I need. The remotes I use come from carymart.com. Only ones I've found that have a return beep. Stuff just comes from everywhere,..or anywhere you find it.

Thanks Maverick,.. But I'm talking about the Viton seals that come inside the valves,..I guess the better term would be "seats" inside the valves. Interesting about the Viton sheets for do it yourself gaskets though.
