Power Washing and Roof Cleaning Forum

Sending this post live from a jobsite this Sunday morning. Capital City Bank group is a regional banking powerhouse in our area. Spray Wash is fortunate enough to handle much of their exterior cleaning needs. This branch is about 20 miles south of Tallahassee located in a community called Crawfordville. The metal roof is in dire need of a cleaning. Looks like will get a beneficial rinse later this day from the remnanta tropical storm Karen. Banks are always tricky to do....Lots of sensitive electronic equipment, cameras, ATM machines, and Constant public exposure with people coming up to use the ATM machine.

OK, Made it back home and can upload the photos from the metal roof we cleaned today (October 6, 2013).  Everything cleaned up great with a 15% mix and a two application coats and a light rinse.
