By the minute. Milked it for an hour. It's the cleanest shed in Tallahassee!

Actually, we did a house wash, driveway and rear concrete patio also. I was going to call you Ray, the shed had a metal roof.  haha

I'd had customers pay very good money(our minium price) to do just car ports, garages and sheds. Most of these folks don't think twice about it and have plenty of disposable income.

lol, I use a lawyer sometimes that charges in 6 minute increments, so they can break an hour into ten billable moments. They are 285$ an hour. Need them to read an email, 6 minute charge, make a 1 minute phone call 6 minute charge.
