I just went to every G+ post here and made sure everyone got followed. I haven't done much with G+ but will try to work it more since Google likes Google.

I actually like Google+ for business stuff. The ability to group connections into different circles makes it easy to do very targeted posts. I have a circle specifically for customers so I can do promos as often as I like without sending those out to everyone.
