Worst Dryvit ever?

Cleaning this mini-storage facilty today. I thought you guys would get a kick out of the condition of this dryvit. You can see in the lower corner where me and my competition each did a test area.

 

he was DSing, with a PW, I was applying and rinsing with booster pump. His test spot took 2 hours, mine took 10 minutes.

Dang you werent't kidding. That is some nasty Dryvit. That place isn't that old and I'm surprised it got that way so fast. Was that test spot on the north facing side of the building? Just about every case, the north side of a house or roof, the north side always the worst. Great job as usual Ray! Who was the other guy (if you don't mind me asking).

Here is the results from a GC painter using a rotary nozzle to pressure wash off the algae stains off the local hospital,,, looks like graffiti and now needs a new paint job,, which they ended up having to do.

Great pictures.  What ratio of mix do you use for those results ?  And can you use the same ratio mix it for regular stucco as well?

Wow Ray thats almost as bad as the roof I saw on a restoration project (wood and faux) that I was on today.  I've been going after dryvit this time a year into the freezing temps convincing customers that PWing dryvit drives water deep into the material causing freezing damage with great results.  You should tell the customer you will do it for 1/3 less than the competitor if they are on the fence and you'll kill it moneywise.
