Last fall we started cleaning the roofs at Lakeside Apartments in Charlottesville, VA. Eighteen units in all but eight had to be completed before Christmas. Thankfully the weather was on our side. Now that it looks like spring might return in the next few days, we will be going back to complete Phase II of the Lakeside roof cleaning project and have the ten remaining roofs done before the end of April. They have a schedule for us that we will follow, giving us the opportunity to get to the many projects that have been waiting all winter.
