They eventually stopped calling me.

Angies list did the same to me. "we only have one spot and if you dont take it now were gonna give it to someone else" months later there sill calling. guess they had more than one spot.

I get 2-3 of the gulf course calls every season...plus 6-10 for HOA newsletters.

As soon as I pickup that its a advertising call....I cut them off and tell them that our annual advertising budget is already spent. That takes away any sales pitch (usually).
