I had the same call a few years ago. I tried to explain what the black streaks were but the lady was having nothing to do with my explanation. I had to charge a little extra to clean the jet fuel off properly, but was awarded the job.

Art, the jet fuel will clean up just fine. Just like a roof with algae, go figure!!!
