Pocono Non-Pressure Roof & Exterior Cleaning was contacted recently by this homeowner to clean the roof of his vacation home located in the lake community of Locust Lake Village. This community is located in Pocono Lake, PA. Our staff met with the homeowner to discuss his options for roof cleaning. Since the roof is not leaking the homeowner believed it was prudent to have it cleaned by professionals rather than replacing it.

The roof was covered with black algae, moss and lichen. We serviced this property on Saturday, 5/17/14 much to the delight of the homeowner. All black algae, moss and lichen were treated with our detergents to remove the ugly black roof stains and halt the growth of the existing moss and lichen.

The homeowner appreciated the immediate benefits of having his roof cleaned. The increased curb appeal was a priority, which he now enjoys. Additional benefits include increased property value, extended roof life, utility savings due to decreased cooling costs and eliminating potential health issues.

We provide services to all communities in Pocono Lake, PA as well as the entire Monroe County PA area.
