This week we start washing 85 buildings with 340 units. Believe it or not this was our first power washing job 5 years ago. We didn't start out to good, but by the time we were done we had it figured out. This is our third time around this place. Homeowners will not let anybody wash there units but us. We are shooting for 10 days to complete the job with 3 men.

The President of the HOA came out to me and said, Art I'm getting nothing but complements about your work. Whatever your doing just keep on doing it. He also said community looks Great and the Homeowners love the smell of the soap.
