This home on Gun Lake in Wayland MI is going up for sale and the homeowner wanted to rid the home of the hard water stains.  Knowing that a good first impression goes a long way in selling a home the homeowner asked his realtor what he should do about it, the answer - call Roof Cleaner. 

The homeowner called and we not only removed the hard water stains we also got rid of the black streaks that were covering the north side of the roof, now the first impression will be one of a really nice house.

Many of clients are those putting their houses on the market. Especially in the early spring of this year we were getting flooded with calls from HOs that needed their roofs cleaned ASAP because they were putting them on the market. That is a good thing. However I would prefer HOs not wait to address their ugly roofs until they decide to move.
