Seeking imput on oxidized paint on stucco. I know that there are some paints that will change color after cleaning with SH mix. Will 1 1/2 percent harm/ discolor the surface I will be of course be rinsing with light pressure any help thanks on soap to ADD TO S H THANKS

Haven't had much luck with oxidized stucco. I tell people ahead if it's mold it will come right off. Vise versa for oxidation.

Most of our jobs include a little stucco work (and by stucco I mean the modern EIF's and not the real stuff). I use about 1 1/2% mix and get good results. When you rinse you see the "color" coming off which is really the oxidation. I'm just up front and honest that we can "peel back" the top layer but have no real control over the outcome.

Like Ed said though......the dirty stuff comes off.

Also be sure to first clean a small test spot if you're unsure.

 Spot on advice.  Also, we use Roof Snot.
