Soft washing Tennis Courts

I have a job coming up cleaning Indoor Tennis courts

Its a private Tennis club and they maintain the courts with a ride on vaccuum

There are some soda stains, dirt spots here and there but really not too bad at all- except for some heavy traffic areas

To be more cost effective, We agreed to rinse them down with low pressure as opposed to a Surface Cleaner which really isnt needed

Im thinking a light SH/Water mix applied with a pump up sprayer on the areas needed and rinse??

Im most concerned about leaving a "film" or worst case damaging the finish

There's water and drains all over so were good there

Also........is there a way to run your hose in there? I just think we can work ourselves out of work by using a pump-up. Don't like putting the idea in their head that all they need is a pump-up and a maintenance guy......

here are some that we did last year. These are concrete with a sports coating on them. You can see where someone previous attacked them with a PW. Cleaned up with 20%

We have some we do for a county club,..they have some kind of textured coating that has the color incorporated into the mix. It gets oxidized,..and like mentioned above,.. you have to be careful on using anything that gets into the materials oxidation,..like stucco I guess. Chemical dwell and rinse. Me ,..I simply used my regular roof mix and rinsed,...had huge black moldy areas.
