Liberty SoftWash was contracted to clean all 32 buildings and attached decks of this apartment complex in Mountville, PA.  We cleaned the buildings using a soft wash cleaning rather than using the traditional method of power washing.  During the soft wash cleaning process, all  the dirt, algae and mold is treated during the cleaning solution application, which is followed by a high volume low pressure rinse.  By using this cleaning method, we are able to achieve longer lasting clean results than traditional pressure washing with water alone.

Soft washing is an excellent choice for cleaning this type of project.   Budgets generally don't allow property managers large funding for cleaning rental properties, therefore, it is wise for them to invest in a cleaning that will give them the longest lasting results.
