so up the game out came the algo clear mixing box attached to home owners outside tap then attached to the brush it was flowing nice on to the pvc once the algo clear pro had a few min to seetle in aye gave it a slight rinse off and have left it to the rain now heres a few pics of todays efforts ,

If you can get a little bleach into your soap it would give miracle results. The residue mold left behind will regenerate in not time.

a thought the same ED thats why a applied the algo clear pro its a bleach awright just hospital grade stuff so not as nasty to plants A also applied it to the wall when a rinsed the mix box out it takes its time to work its magic but it works a treat a did a video of it going to see the west lothian county council to show them the results and try and land a contract with them they have a few houses like this in blackburn worse than this plants a plenty so algo clear will be the strongest mix all use on there thousands of residential houses
they used scaffolding and pressure washer on houses a few streets away that are moldy again a would like to SH it and rinse but dont want to be standing rinsing every garden down just spray and leave to the elements ,ave experimented with algo clear with all kind of stuff out my back garden cleans slowly and did nt kill my grass under the old patio table a applied it to all get a pic in a week of the same house see if its worked

Ginty, I use a degreaser on all pvc gutters, cladding etc. It works better than SH and DI. It breaks down the dirt and the dirt is easy to scrub off with your brush hooked up to tap water or Di water. Sometimes I will try SH on stains that don't come off. The biggest worry I would have if I were you is SH spray getting on clothes that are drying on clothes lines in neighbouring gardens
( when working at the back of the house ) The other good thing about using a degreaser is it leaves a nice shine whereas I think SH leaves the gutters etc looking dull.

Ginty, I use citrus fresh from Mistral Chemicals UK. They also have another heavy duty cleaner called task force, don't buy this one. When I was using it there was a reaction between the chemical and the muck on the gutters. This used to happen when we emptied the gutters by hand and fresh muck was on the gutter where we took it out. It turned the gutter orange at those spots and nowhere else.
