Power Washing and Roof Cleaning Forum

So I sold this job at just shy of $1400 with the roof, patio and siding wash on the front. Not sure he could really afford it but he wants the place to look great for a pending appraisal.

He lives on a busy rural road near a stop sign.....so traffic really backs up here. So I cut him a deal for the ad space for two weeks. It's costing me $500 for the ad space but I already had one call that I now need to provide an estimate for and had people honking and almost breaking their necks.

I also only cleaned 1/2 of the wood siding on the front......:}
