Pressure washing is generally the best way to clean a concrete driveway or walkway but for longer lasting results you should consider a "Soft Wash" after the pressure washing has been completed.

Here in Southern Louisiana our driveways can turn black very quickly and the process of soft washing can last up to four times as long. You should also consider follow up treatments as they can keep your driveway or walkway looking fresh for years to come.

Once the algae has been killed off we can come back once a year with nothing more than a mild soft wash and keep your property looking fresh and inviting!

Yes we call it "mow the grass" sometimes a driveway is too far gone to just softwash and you need to mow the grass before treating with a softwashing solution.

In your market what is the cost difference to the customer for the secondary treatment next year (or upon your next visit to them) vs the initial cleaning with the combo pressure/soft?

Dwayne.....as with everything it really depends. They still pay for a soft wash but wont pay for the pressure cleaning. I also up-sell so there is no definitive answer for you.
