This homeowner called Pocono Non-Pressure Roof & Exterior Cleaning because his insurance company would not renew his homeowners insurance policy unless the black algae, moss and lichen was professionally cleaned from the roof of the home located in Tobyhanna, PA. We initially met with the customer to discuss our quote and non-pressure roof cleaning methods in which we use. The customer engaged us to do the work, which was completed in a safe and professional manner in the community of Pocono Farms East. We issued the customer and the insurance company before and after photos, documentation supporting non-pressure roof cleaning and our unconditional 2-year warranty. Our warranty is also transferable if the home is sold.
