Aloha Eric, Do you like it better than the 12v's they have at PWS. I've been running gen2's for the last three years and love them. I'm getting roughly 10 months of constant work out of the pumps before I see a loss of power. So they definately earn their keep.

I ordered one and will allegedly be soon shipped. This thing will shoot as far as some of the best air pumps. From what I hear the pump will need rebuild every so often. It may make sense to simply buy another pump to swap out, just in case. My only worries is employees spraying too much product and nuking landscape.

is that not a pain hauling around a tank load of mix from job to job for house washes?

Not sure what you mean...we don't haul anything different than what we normally do with our 12V or Air diaphragm pumps.

Lee the chem tanks are usually 55 gal. Unless something unexpected happens its likely you will use a good portion.

using it for roofs I understand, I just wasn't sure about using it for house washing as opposed to down-streaming where you just have some 5'ers of mix you have a 55 gallon or 100 gallon tank full of house wash mix.. The extra weight hauling around the house wash mix is what I what I was getting at. Looks like a strong pump though! I bet it sprays far!

We use it the same on a house wash that we would DS'ing or....mix is diluted for the job at hand. Nice thing with this is you can rinse with it as well, but you do have switch the hoses to the fresh water tank. The job dictates when we use this though. Its usually on larger projects. We find we use about 30% LESS mix as opposed to other dedicated pump options.,

Hmmm, can a various ratio mechanism be installed that allows pulling full SH and soap solution from one valve out of a storage tank and mixing with house fed water line or would a problem be from water volume differences from different areas?
This would allow for smaller tanks to be carried.

I would still be using it expect for it will not work with the PP.

Right! Several companies sell this kind of pump, but since it has to bypass back into a tank it won't work with the proportioner. Russ Johnson claims to have a solution for that upcoming, but I don't know how it will work.

Most guys didn't like the Udor System
