This 160,000 square foot facility defines "class A" office space. Per the request of the management firm, we cleaned using only our "soft-wash" method, meaning we allowed our custom blend of algaecides, fungicides, detergents, and surfactants to gently clean the building, rather than blasting the contaminants away with high pressure, which can lead to substantial damage.
