F9 would be our choice:

www.front9restoration.com

◦Semi Porous Substrates:

Stucco, Plastic, Vinyl, Asphalt, Stone and others. Dilute F9 1:1 to 2:1.

Spray at a rate of 400-800’ per gallon.

Do not let product dry and rinse immediately following disappearance of stain.

Recent Comparisons of F9 BARC

Covered 6-10x More Square Feet than the Competitors
Was the Easiest to Apply
Removed the Most Orange Battery Acid Burn, Fertilizer Staining and Rust
Was the Only Formula that Works as Described
Caused NO Damage or Etching to the Concrete

if you can't get F9 (or run out), a decent alternative is "Rust Stain Remover" by Goof Off. I can find it locally at Home Depot.

Chris,

I know everyone already jumped in, but I wanted to share a few photos of a job we did last summer, that was very similar to what you are looking at. We used F-9 and had great results. I also made a post here when we did it, this is the link

Aloha Chris

Im pretty sure the F9 will work for that job, but do not confuse the irrigation stains in that picture to our red dirt stains that are very familiar in appearance. We have a dirt that is very similar to Georgia clay and is extremely difficult to remove. I have some F9 if you would like to try it. Give me a call.

You have to follow the directions very closely, that product works like magic. It cleaned that whole building with 3 light applications. I used a 1.5gpm pump to speed the process up but most of the time I use a pump up sprayer.

No. There are many different products for oil/grease. Take a look at the library here as well as the search bar. We started using Dragon Juice last year at the end of the season. A friend of mine started using it with great results so I bought a gallon that will make five.

You can fin Andy Vickers on FB. He is extremely helpful.

NSWA post of chems for cleaning.
