This is the crazy people we deal with every day. This lady thinks we should clean her gutters again for free basically.no

Hi John, last August you cleaned my gutters & I also had my roof cleaned by your company, however, I felt at the time you missed the gutter on the porch under the awning but never got around to checking. In checking it a couple of weeks ago, it is so full of debris, I am sure it was missed by your guys and was not cleaned. All the other gutters around the house were clean. I would appreciate your returning to complete the job I paid of at $175.00. Thank you.

The date of the original cleaning was August 14, 2014. This lady is obviously off her meds!!

Here is my response...

I appreciate the email but you should have called last year after we did, it if you felt there was an issue. I never have a problem with guys doing some and missing others but I would have sent them back as soon as you called to check. Gutters can get filled a week after we clean sometimes if there is a storm or heavy wind or rain. Especially if your house has a lot of trees around it, like your's. 
I am sorry but I cannot send guys out now for no charge, in such an unreasonable time frame since we originally did the cleaning, almost a year ago.
Too many things could have filled them up in the last year. I want to service my customers but this request is beyond a reasonable time frame for the type of cleaning.
