 Here is my rebuttal to the ad posted by Mr. Grimes.
 
 
Claim: $399 for cleaning up to 1,000 square feet of roof 
 
How many homes have more than  1,000 Sg feet?  Pretty much all of them.
 
Claim:Heavily neglected areas may need additional treatments which can incur additional charges 
 
" Why ? "  So if my roof is dirty it's going to be extra? Why? I am sure you roof will meet the criteria for added charges.
 
Claim:Please allow more time for full deterioration of moss and lichen from the shingles 
 
 Is this the Lichen or moss that was not blasted off by the power washer?
 
Claim:The Real Deal: Your roof can get moldy when the weather warms up. Take advantage of this offer and get your roof cleared of mold and moss for less!     
 
It has nothing to do with heat.

LOL! And he's gotta give 10% to Angies list........I mean I know the idea is to up sell but it's wrong to mis lead some saps. Angie's should care more about thier people, then allow this bs.....
