Does anyone use an add-on burner to PW with?

came across a 4000-PSI, 4.0-GPM unit from Northern tools

http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200377863_200377863

for a good price (i think) $1500.

Question is since I have 2 2600-PSI unis and a 4200 PSI 3.8-GPM unit can I use the hotbox with this machine with the 4200-PSI w/o damaging it (PW)?

I assuming I can adjust the PSI down and put a regulator guage on it but was curious because inlet water comes thru the hotbox first then enters the PW pump or if the strain would be on the burner side?

Also does anyone else use a separate unit with their PW and if so what one and how much? I have no need for another PW/burner combo which would be at least another grand.

BTW, I'm also looking to install a good power inverter to run off my box truck's alternator for not just the hot water hearter unit but other tools like chopsaws etc since when doing carpentry work I usually just pull out my ramp several feet and use it as a table. I'm looking for one with at least 2 outlets but 4 would be preferable. Would be running wire from engine to back and mounting it on the sidewall.

Maverick I have a hot box which I never use. It takes up too much space in my truck. Are you sure the water goes through the hot box first? In my unit the water goes through the power washer and then through the hot box.
I have just ordered a honda hot water power washer locally and it will be custom built for my truck. I was going to get one from Paul but the shipping costs were prohibitive. Personally I think hot boxes are a waste of time and money.
