This building is over 20 years old and has not been cleaned in over 10 yrs. Some of the surface was deteriorated so that is why they looked for a soft washing company. The head of maintenance was overly surprised and very happy with the outcome. He also loved how quick we got it done without interrupting the people coming in and out of the building.

Art these type of projects always come up for us this time of year every year like clock work.

Ed yeah they had already known the condition of the surface. It does look alot better when it is completely dry.
