Put together a little video for marketing our hotel cleaning services. Hope you enjoy. Cleaning a hotel is a unique niche. The public exposure means you've really got to be aware and take public safety to extreme measures. Also, most hotels in the SE are made of synthetic stucco, which in itself can b...
This was our project for the first week of Jan, 2019. We got the lead from a sales rep at Sherwin Williams Paint. We were done in 4 days. 2 rigs and 3 machines running. Relationships really pay off. -- Edited by jneilson on Thursday 17th of January 2019 08:55:57 PM
The lift company I use told me about this tool. I was using a simple Bosch laser measuring tool so I knew what the height was as well as other measurements for commercial work. I just ordered the Stanley Smart Measure Pro on Amazon for 56.00. Retail is 129.00 at Lowe's. Note: I just reloaded the page and it...

In addition, we were concerned our cleaning so...
It's been a while since I posted, things have been crazy busy (business & personal) and just now starting to get my head above water. I posted a mock up for this job back in May, and we actually cleaned the mall in June, but I am just getting around to post some pics. It was our largest project to date and...
The Roof Wizard was contracted to clean this Macy's Department Store recently. We cleaned the entire store, that is also attached to a very busy mall, in just 9 hours total clean time. They had hired a different contractor after the initial bids were sent in, as we were the highest bid of the five they re...
The Roof Wizard was contracted to clean one of the Admin Buildings at Princeton University. They did not want the use of any pressure, due to the age and the condition of the EIFS. We used our softwash method and a blend of Greenwash & Terra Wash to remove the mold and other debris with less than 50 PSI...

Here is a warehouse that we softwashed this past week for property manager. We also did the one next to it yesterday as well. Lots of grease and dirt, and a little algae. They wanted it cleaned but did not want to use any pressure, because the building has had some leaking caulk joints. We sprayed the majo...

Here's a little demo area we are doing tonight for a property owner we do work for. They are flying in from California tomorrow morning and it was kind of a rush thing. The rain didn't stop us but we are glad to be done. -- Edited by John Aloisio on Tuesday 3rd of May 2016 03:13:18 AM

We soft washed and low pressure rinsed this building ( using under 150 psi ). It took 2 days with one crew. The pictures don't do the building justice on how dirty it was. It really was a night and day transformation. If you need SoftWashing or low pressure power washing on your commercial building give u...

Hey guys! I introduced myself a few weeks ago and have just been sitting back, reading and learning what I can while waiting for my first job.

I am...
Had my hands full with these two commercial metal roofs. They are mansard style, which causes all the pine straw to run down and catch in the lower "channel" which functions (poorly IMHO) as a gutter. The dirty roof causes our very heavy pollen to stick like glue, which results in every sing...
Here are photos from the recent cleaning of the Fredrick Humphries Science & Research Center on the FAMU campus performed by Spray Wash Exterior Cleaning in Tallahassee, Florida. This building was soft washed only, harsh & damaging pressure washing was not used at all. This project to...
