This will either be a good idea or as bad as the time my friends and I decided to go "sleigh riding" using only black garbage bags.

I was so badly bruised up, black eye and scrapes when I went into a dry creek bed!

On a serious note, I use to moderate a very raunchy S/Hjock site where we had a similar "private" forum where we would change the PW weekly and PM only those worthy but that got to be a PITA as someone always gave it out

ROSEBUD huh? That one won't be easy to guess. I assume Art/admins can see who is getting in?

you should be able to keep an IP log going that shows whos been here for a set length of time.
The check in box is set for a time period before it clears itself and while it prob. could be modified for a longer time frame that wouldnt be good because you only want to see recent check in's, an IP log would be more appropriate. Its been so long since I moderated or did any network administrating that I wouldnt know,plus all software, server programs are different but if you contact the host they could show you.

No IP log on this Forum, plus want to keep this simple.

I like the RCIA pass word thing, If you can't get in we changed it.
