Several options are available. Check with Carlos at EBC, Andy Vickers at Dragon Juice and or Russ at Southside Equipment (shop.pressurewasherky.us/Degreasers_c102.htm) for his recommendation.

also, set expectations correctly with customer. you will likely never get all the oil spots out, but can lighten them considerably.

Saw a few videos of a trick to get oil out of concrete.

Pour a little gas on the spot and light.
The gas will act as a solvent for the oil and burn it off. Pretty impressive!

I wouldn't try the gas trick in that environment.

You'll want to use BD-25 from Russ with hot water and a surface cleaner. Sorry but I was driving before and didnt have the bd-25 info available at my finger tips.

No I don't have to reclaim. I will be using hot water and a surface cleaner. The customer wants it done in sections due to they are a freight company. Thanks Ray for you input I did tell the customer I can't get everything out but will definitely make a huge difference.

Saw it, tried it.... Works great on fresh oil, doesn't do crap on old, set in stains. I hate to be the old crusty curmudgeon here, but in my humble experience I have found NOTHING to completely remove oil stains. I can remove oil, I can lighten the stains, but as far as 100% restoration, I've been unsuccessful. That being said, my customers are still happy with the results I provide. Mainly that's because I set the limits of expectation before the job ever begins.

I was joking about using it for real world cleaning but cool to know you tried it Ray!

On a side note, I wonder if one was to use a heavy duty degreaser full strength with a scrubbing machine without water and let dwell for some time, then hit wit hot water even heat up the degreaser before dwell may make a difference. I'm sure nothing will ever be 100% with porous concrete.
