Knoxville-based Tennessee Soft Wash was recently called out to clean this medical building in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.  The building is formerly known as the Oak Ridge Medical Clinic, but is now listed for sale.  The owners wanted the brick cleaned and graffiti removed.  While high pressure washing would have made the wall look a little better, we suggested our soft wash process because it kills the algae that is causing the stains rather than just blasting away the grime. The result was a very clean building.  The improved curb appeal will hopefully attract potential buyers! Hey Bryan , Looks Great

Did you go with a basic housewash mix or up the stength more towards a roof cleaning mix ?

Somewhere in between but closer to roof cleaning mix. Brick is porous so it takes some power to kill the algae.
