Power Washing and Roof Cleaning Forum

Liberty SoftWash was contracted to clean our local VW dealership in York, PA.  The building is mostly dryvit but offered a bit of a challenge because it had never been cleaned and had a large amount of algae growth on the north facing side of the building.  In addition, we were concerned our cleaning solution may leave a residue on the windows or cause an issue with the aluminum trim.  

We were able to safely remove more than 90% of the algae staining with the use of a soft wash cleaning process rather than high pressure cleaning which can cause damage to dryvit surfaces. As a precaution, we post treated by down streaming Agent Halt on the aluminum trim and windows The owners were very happy with the results of our cleaning.
