For those interested in attending a NSWA round table in Lancaster, PA please let me know. I'm suggesting Saturday, 1/14/17. Of course this would be a weather permitting event. All feedback is welcome(I think). Nothing written in stone yet.

Once we get some kind of number I will check on room rates with my Cooperate Lodging card and see what we can get.  I'm looking for a decent place with either a restaurant on premises or next door and in indoor pool for Hanks daughter.

I have talked to Hank and we are trying to see what the tentative numbers are. We know some cannot fully commit due to weather; getting there or pushing snow. Some have said they will come but have not posted. After this post sits a few days we will delete and start a new one for a head count. I received an email from a hotel that is booked that weekend due to a volleyball tournament. I cannot get any more information until Tuesday 12/13 since I will be going to Louisville on Monday. If I find it hard to get a place due to volleyball we will have to move to another city/township.

I will be working on the hotel early next week. I am hoping to have that nailed down within a few days. Should you start a new post to get a head count or do you have an idea? I'm planning to tell the hotels 8 - 10 rooms. From my best guess I'm thinking we might have 8.
