Working today...my helper rinses with the pressure hose while I wash with the 12 volt.  He said the hose zapped him so I grabbed it too (here's your sign) but i didn't feel current. I went to the truck to check it out and tried to disconnect the injector (we had been downstreaming part of the house) and it popped me there...with the machine off.

I can't figure out where current could have come from.  Any ideas?

For some reason if you type the word "s-h-o-c-k" it automatically changes it to S/H. Weird.

That's how we have the filters set Bryan, Just Tradition I quess. One way of not giving everything away.  No one ever got a S hock from there equipment either. You must have been around some kind of elec. power somewhere. Maybe one of them in ground lanterns or something

That is strange! The rubber hose will not conduct electricity so it has to be the wires inside. Is your PW 12V or 110? The first thing I would look for and check is any ground connection. It will take some time but checking all the electrical connections is the first place I would start.

Nothing unusual about my washer. It is an electric start Honda Engine. Has a car battery attached. Not hooked to any inverters or anything. No I don't use a liquid force pump. Just a normal injector with a line dropped in a bucket.
