I am looking for a free program where I can put a "bubble" above someones head and put text in it. Like in cartoons. Is there anything out there like this. What is that bubble called? Don't know what to Google.

I've been using FastStone for at least 5 years. It has some great features. It might take some time playing with it to figure some things out but it does a lot for free.
