Not sure what this is. New upgrade of some kind. I sent them a PM asking what it is.

 

SSL Upgrade

We're introducing SSL encryption to all forums using wildcard activeboard.com domains, and we're giving you the opportunity to opt in early and test it out.

There are a few notable changes to be aware of:

  • themes with custom images/scripts should swap them to SSL versions
  • posts with non-SSL embeded images/videos should updated ones with SSL versions
  • custom domains are not included at this time

Resume non-SSL usage:

Hi Art,

We're now offering our ActiveBoard customers the option to enable SSL if
they desire. This option ensures all information between our
ActiveBoard web server and web browsers remain secure and safe. This
setting is completely optional, however we wanted to make all of our
customers aware that the feature is now available. Some web browsers
may produce a warning message when accessing pages not utilising SSL.
If you, or any of your users are reporting similar error messages,
enabling this setting in ActiveBoard should resolve any issues.

If you have any other questions or concerns regarding your ActiveBoard
product, please feel free to contact us.
