We recently accepted our largest commercial contract to date. While we have the equipment and confidence, we lack the knowledge of what to expect from successfully completing a project of this size. We have completed smaller, (much smaller) commercial projects but feel as though there are A LOT of successful contractors here, so we are reaching out for sound advice. If anyone would be willing to offer their professional advice we would be forever grateful.Thank you in advance!

Let us know what you are cleaning so we can help out where you need it. It can be daunting for sure but no different than anything else you have cleaned. The big thing is to make sure the notices cover everything and even things you might not originally think of. Renters are special and expect everything needs to be done for them simply because they pay rent!

You have way more equipment than most who did these for the first time. I hope you have enough people on site to keep an eye on those people who cannot see what you are doing and will walk right under you as you are working. We even keep an umbrella on site in the event someone just HAS to get into their apt. while we are working above.

With breezeways I will not clean them without using the reclaim system so all that water doesn't stand there and seep under the walls and doors. Also, the thresholds will be a problem. They are not sealed well to the deck and the doors most likely don't have good weather stripping. Talk to maintenance about the door areas. We stopped using a wand at the doors to clean up the small rounded corners from the surface cleaner. They were good with that since it saved them a lot of work and headache.

Great idea using umbrellas. We will definitely have a few handy. I have 2 people that are specifically "runners" and "watchers" they will be responsible for keeping an eye on the residents. Thanks for the advice!
