Last Friday,..wind, and freezing rain on a house wash. Of all things weather related I hate the wind the most. I personally Love, Love, Love working in the rain. Waaaay better than the Sun,..and a cloudy day falls in between the two in order. But on a house wash,.the rain is your friend. Decks and concrete are also doable with rain,..but it does depend on the job and how hard it 's raining. Sometimes we need our products to works and not be diluted by too much rain. Irrelevant on house washing though.

Yes Art,..you can go faster buy being able to soap more surface up without the risk of drying,..the solution can just sit there and work without drying too quickly,..Keeps all surroundings nice and wet also,..no soap drying on anything, like BBQ grill covers etc. Just so much more appealing to work in the rain.

I like working in the rain as well. Not so fun during downpours though

Speaking of rain. Do you guys get the customers who don't want you to wash their home if it's going to rain?

It has to be a few times a month where I have to explain to someone that I'm going to use hundreds of gallons of water to wash your home and it will be wet anyway

No,..I never get anyone asking me NOT to wash in the rain,...although I do have people who are surprised that I will do it in the rain. Until I explain it to them and then they "get it",....

I have a couple of customers who like me to do their wash in the rain because the windows seem to come out better?  I suppose that's possible,..but I don't get complaints either way,..sooo,..I accommodate them with ZERO pushback, since I prefer working in the rain anyhow.
