Ok this is Rust on Steel Siding. Seems to be the newest FB Problem. Most of these guy think bleach solves everything or some kind of acid. What's the best way to solve this problem.
My first thought would be to apply oxalic acid. Second would be Rust Remover plus. Before anything, I would let them know whatever we do could remove the highly oxidized finish. This job is most likely destined for a paint job when finished.
I don't miss all the crap posted on the tons of FB pages. The only group I am a member is NSWA.

On another group a guy used F9 to clean it and it was back in 6 months. These FB guys are destroying a lot of Stuff

Being in the clique helps sell products. I am not a fan of F-9. I know where he got his formula! I buy it from that place!
I haven't read anything on the groups in over a year! Some of the really bad ones I turned off years ago. It was bad then, I can only imagine how bad it is now with all the guessing, sarcasm and of course the guy that's been doing this for 6 months and now has videos of his mug, telling everyone how to!
