Good to see you Jeff! We started about four weeks ago. One new guy quit after two weeks, the other after four weeks. This old guy is doing double duty now. We have so much work with only one full time crew. I go out and help the larger jobs go faster and do anything small and local.

Hey Brett,..I do it all the time by myself,..Ha, Ha,..Does suck though having so much work that you was counting on help to get it done. Happened to a painter friend of mine once,...had 4 employees and they all quit the same week. Really hung him out to dry! And he's a good guy....

This stuff hurts the older we get, but... the old guys have tons of work ethic! I keep one full time and one part time person in the office. For the part time position I hired a guy who work for me from 18 - 21, most of his time as a lead. He's in his last year of college, two days a week and wanted the job. He told me yesterday he will help out in the field as well. There aren't many young people like him in this upside down world!
