My injector is filling my chem tank when I'm bypassing it. This usually means it's bad and usually not drawing. When I cut bypass off to inject it's working. Almost like it needs a check valve
I know that market prices vary, as well as design setup, full, 3/4, 1/2 and so on for a truck wrap. But I am just trying to get a basic idea of the cost associated with wrapping a full size truck, such as a F150, Dodge Ram etc. My thought was 3/4 to full wrap to include the hood and tailgate as well. I have just a c...
What size ladders to most of you carry? When I was estimating roofing jobs, I carried a heavy duty 28' and a lightweight 20' that was easy to pull off the truck. What sizes are common for roof cleaning? Will be cleaning a lot of 2500-3000 sq ft. two story homes.
I have blue stone at my house and have " power washed " it for years....now I soft wash it and rinse with the pw. Today I dd a blue stone stoop for a guy and it had a lot of " Flaking "? Is this normal only with old stone? Any suggestions for the future?
I did a job (2) years ago on about 100 pieces of pool furniture at a country club. When I looked at it originally,. I seen the mold on the resin chairs and thought it looked odd,..like big circular blobs of mold,..but still thought is was "just mold",...long story short,..even 12.5% wouldn't dissolve i...
I have been getting more and more calls for Roof and Siding cleaning because of Insurance company inspections. Either because of spot inspections or new policies. They want the moss and mold off the roofing and siding within 30 days or they are going to cancel the policy's. Last week I had to give the i...
Well it's April and I hope I just winterized my rig for the last time. I have a boat load of work to do and it looks like a cold week around here on Long Island. What a up and down month March was. I had a good month, but it could have been better. I'm hoping this is the last week of this bad weather
I claim to be a detailed house washing service. We will brush around windows and doors, remove most water droplets from overhead porches, wash and rinse windows. The thing I don't do is squeegee dry windows or do detail window cleaning. I need advice for a simple way to clean outsides of windows. Possi...
Aloha everyone! Where are you guys getting your roof racks made? I found a local welder but I am wondering how much do they run, should I get square pipe or round? I want to be able to mount my 3 hose reels and ladders. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Any of you long island contractors service the Patchogue area? My grandmother has been following my posts on social media and wants her shingle roof, and vinyl siding cleaned. Single story ranch home. Thanks
After a year of hard work with a local/regional apartment management association, we are getting geared up to do cleanings for two condo HOA's. Riverbend is soft washing all the buildings. Walker Square is mostly pressure washing brick knee walls, brick walls around the pool and the pool deck with s...
The temperatures have been fine but the wind is killing us in central VA! Today it will get up to 18mph! I'll have to cancel this afternoon for the second time.
Any comments on this unit from Power Wash Store? Little Pricey. My booster seems to need help priming. If I was to pay this kind of money I wouldn't want that to be an issue
got invited to bid on this U-Haul storage center. I asked the manager tactfully who my competition was, turns out he was getting five bids. Two of the names I was very familiar with and are notorious lowballing hacks in my market, so just knew in my heart that I would not be getting this job. Still, trying...
I'm a soft washer....period. I am however open minded. In other words, I know a pressure washer can clean "softly" if done from a distance. I would prefer to not use a noisy machine but at the end of the day it's about safety and productivity. For roof cleaning and house washing what do you use...
Been absolutely crazy lately, between finishing the state capital project, resignation of a manager, busy early spring, agent clean University I just haven't had any time to spend on the forums. Just getting in awful hard shift and thought I'd drop in and say hello and that I miss you guys! Here in T...
I clean interior breeze ways of large Condiminiums.. We are currently using squeegees to push the water. I need to vacuum the water and remove it. Not reclaim it. Need suggestions. Sirocco surface cleaner and vacuume or just a big vacuume?
I'm wondering the origin of the "Algae Growth Map" I see on a lot of websites. I'd like to use it if it's reliable research, so I was wondering who published it and where to get a copy without just grabbing it off Google. I've seen a couple of versions. Here's one if you haven't seen it.
