I would appreciate your insights on how Facebook has helped your business. How do you use your Facebook presence to grow your business? Are they tricks to exploiting it's value for business?
Any of the western MD, southern PA folks travel as far south as Winchester? Have a lead if so, but you'll need to ping me SOON, as I can't keep him waiting. TedSaunders@Outlook.Com
I thought my northern friends would get a kick out of this. Springtime in North Florida brings an abundance of pollen. It falls real heavy for about a three week Period. Some days there so much in the air and it actually looks cloudy and hazy. I just came from estimating this roof. It is a metal roof that is...
OK guys. This is the last of my marketing questions for awhile (I think). Who is using YouTube for your business? Who is having success? How are you using it? Again, this is for an article I'm working on for the new eClean, due out next week. Also, we now can embed video directly into the magazine, so if you...
ArticlefromEntrepreneur.comBranding is one of the most important aspects of any business, large or small, retail or B2B. An effective brand strategy gives you a major edge in increasingly competitive markets. But what exactly does "branding" mean? How does it affect a small bus...
Hoping mother nature coughs it all up this evening. We need some potential clients to wake up from winter hibernation and spend some money on their homes. Heres hoping for a good season
Will Facebook really make some good changes? Face Book states, "that will make it easier for people to find the information they want and help Page admins find the tools they use most." I sure hope so! Facebook Business Changes
Email is another one of those topics I've done a ton of research on -- and learned a lot of things I'm personally doing WRONG. Anyone using email (i.e., for newsletters/email blasts, not just correspondence) with good returns? What program do you use (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc.)? How o...
OK, I've done a TON of research for this next issue of eClean Magazine on how social networking is SUPPOSED to work for businesses. However, I'm wondering how many contractors have actually gotten real work from sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.? If you have, please let me know. (And I may...

Every time I click a link in a post it replaces the NSWA window. I think it would be better if clicking a link opened a new window so you didn't have to back up once (or more if you followed that link to still others) or reload the NSWA page.
As with our own websites, we want people to still have our website open when they click on a link so they can easily come back to our page. Doing that on the forum is easy when adding a link so we don't go away from the Soft Wash forum. When posting a link and you highlight it, the link icons will darken, one for...
I bought a GoPro at the end of last year and have been very happy with it. It does great time lapse as well as video capture . I've really been using it a great deal for generating content for my YouTube videos and website. At around $300 bucks it's a worthwhile investment, however get the extended batter...

I know Its getting late in the season for a jacket discussion, and my northern friends laugh at what big wussies we are when the temps get below 50, but I recently found these and bough a set for the crews (and me!). They are waterproof, machine washable, fleece lined and so far not affected by SH. They are...
