Ok,..I know what it does,..but what is it called. I only have one,...a welder friend of mine gave it to me,..said they use it on commercial buildings. It grabs a cable,..or in our case,..a hose,..and then you can hang it from the ladder rung or gutter,..to keep the hose from trying to find the ground....

Help with chemical choice. I have been asked to clean a big eyesore on our main street in town. I tested Agent Blue with follow up F9 and Gutter Butter with F9 follow up and same process with EBC. Nothing breaks it down with ease but with brushing I can get it clean Any other suggestions?
