I am buying a 28" SC and was assuming I would get the two larger rubber tires in the back and a single swivel caster in the front. I am wondering if using 3 or 4 swivel casters would be better? Aloha, Paradise Pressure Washing LLC was called out to clean this elastomeric roof today. Unfortunately there is some slight staining due to the neglect of maintaining this type of roof. Manufacture warranty suggests cleaning once a year and a recoating every 5 years if needed.
