Here's one of the slate roofs we cleaned last week. Roof was covered in black algae and lichen. We were able to safely clean this roof with no pressure. Keeping the roof clean helps to keep the house looking it's best and prevents very costly repairs.

Its that time of year again. Time to make some adjustments here. One thing we should do is Un Password the Chemical forum. Its not being used so we need to fix it. If you guys have any suggestions on anything else let us know.

I've got a house wash coming up that is a pretty new house. No algae, just spider webs, dust, bird droppings, etc. I don't see the need to use bleach, especially since they have lots of stained wood around. Wondering how others might clean this? And if I'm thinking right about not needing SH.

Aloha guys, been working on our new build for Monday. This is a full sirroco system that recovers and reuses the water. We have a horizontal hotbox and 5.5 gpm pressure washer. Our Softwash system is mounted on our truck along with the booster pump.
