Not a perfect video, But it gives us an idea of whats inside

Here's one of the slate roofs we cleaned last week. Roof was covered in black algae and lichen. We were able to safely clean this roof with no pressure. Keeping the roof clean helps to keep the house looking it's best and prevents very costly repairs.

Its that time of year again. Time to make some adjustments here. One thing we should do is Un Password the Chemical forum. Its not being used so we need to fix it. If you guys have any suggestions on anything else let us know.

In a townhouse subdivision, nearly every building has black spots on the vinyl siding. They are present from the ground to about 8 - 10' up. The townhouses are two story with composite roofs and gutters. I did not have any roof mix with me. I did have a bottle of Purple Power and tried that. The black spots...

Aloha everyone! The other day I was stuck cleaning this roof and house by myself because all me other guys were doing other jobs. Keep in mind there is a lot of shingle damage but the roof turned out pretty good. The funny part is the Boss showed up! Oh I meant my beautiful wife and decided to help. It’s been...

Dirty-roof.com cleaned this slate roof and front and rear patios last week. The 80 year old slate roof was in very good condition but was infested with moss, algae and lichen. The algae on the stone patios was unsafe and the customer wanted it fixed. When algae gets wet it becomes very slippery to walk...

We Softwashed this house yesterday that had red dirt. The siding was about 12 years old.

We recently accepted our largest commercial contract to date. While we have the equipment and confidence, we lack the knowledge of what to expect from successfully completing a project of this size. We have completed smaller, (much smaller) commercial projects but feel as though there are A LOT of...

Hello Forum members I have been Powerwashing for over 40 years .Starting off in a meat plant, then as a detailer , then we became a truck washing company and now a distributor . I know it seems early but Thad posted on FB that the convention will be in Atlanta at the Marriott Marquis in August. I saw a picture from New Orleans this year that certainly will make two NSAW member famous. One is little left on top while the other is working hard to get rid of more!

PAsoftwash enjoyed softwashing the roof and vinyl siding of this beautiful home in Indiana, PA. The homeowners were very pleased with the outcome and told us it "Looks Outstanding". We will follow up with them in the Spring of 2018 to get the pool areas ready for the summer. Give us a call and lets disc...

What is the common way to charge for residential driveway and walkway snow removal? Does anyone offer a prepaid snow removal service...say, three cleanings for $xxx? paid in advance? We only get a few snows here each year.

Most homeowners don’t realize it but cedar shake roofs need to be periodically cleaned. Believe it or not a well maintained cedar roof will last a minimum of 40 years. But again the key is to keep the cedar roof cleaned. It is similar to our teeth. If we don’t periodically have our teeth examined and clea...

This is our new project (promo post to follow) we just started. It's a 52,000 square foot warehouse. We are cleaning the interior ceiling decking, purlins, girts and corrugated metal walls. Two machines, three men and plenty of water to supply the two machines with plenty to spare. We tapped into a st...

Paradise Pressure Washing was called out for an interior floor cleaning at a restaurant the other night. Here is a few pics.

I've got a house wash coming up that is a pretty new house. No algae, just spider webs, dust, bird droppings, etc. I don't see the need to use bleach, especially since they have lots of stained wood around. Wondering how others might clean this? And if I'm thinking right about not needing SH.

Here's our YouTube video (turn up the volume!). I need to hire Mike frome Gutterdogs to do my next one though! -- Edited by admin on Tuesday 24th of September 2013 08:08:31 PM

The concrete at your restaurant’s entryways is often times the first thing a potential customer sees when visiting your establishment. Obviously, a clean entryway is the ideal way to welcome your guests. No business owner wants to welcome their guests with dirty, greasy, gum ridden sidewalks as t...
