As the days are getting cooler we start a little later in the mornings. We always try to be careful with our scheduling since we get a later start and the sun is sitting so early we can't keep working is a job runs over. Here are a few projects we did last week in 40 - 50 degree days.

Well just as with many other regions, I have certainly noticed an increase in competition. I lost another job today. I bid $544 and lost it to a competitor for a mere $275. And yes that is for the entire roof. I guess it's a race to the bottom for these guys!
