This was an interesting job. Roof material is an imported English slate. Very fragile and delicate, as you can see by the broken tiles on the roof ( previous damage, not from us). Each tile is affixed by only two copper nails, so tiles have a tendency to shift around underfoot, plus they are naturally slick as heck! IN a few of the shots you can see where the wrong nails were used and causes rust stains, which were removed with F9. Tough job, 200K landscaping package, no gutters...but with big risk, comes big rewards! Stains on chimney were not algae, but actually copper stains from flashing. EacoChem "OneRestore" took care of them!

The estate manager was so happy, he went ahead and booked me to clean the roof and whole property again next year! After working on an estate like this, I now know why I carry $2,000,000 in insurance!
