We helped out a customer who was about to lose her insurance. The sad part is my guys forgot to take pictures of what would have been some great before and afters.
"Great service! My home owners insurance company was ready to cancel my policy if I couldn't get the moss cleaned off my 100+ year old slate roof. It looks amazing and I still have my insurance."

Brett, with insurance jobs it's important for homeowners to get the pictures from the insurance companies of their complaints then have your guys take before and after of those spots so they cannot find other items to hold against the H.O. and still drop their coverage.
I have a job upcoming where it's such a situation.

Great review!
Fortunately she took before pictures. I'll get her to send it then go by and take an after so it will be close to the same.
Nice Brett,.I've done a few insurance jobs over the years,.But wondered why it wasn't more common? I always figured it was an insurance company trying to have a reason to drop someone,..for any reason they could find???

Jeff... I agree. I think insurance companies are trying to get rid of the dead wood. Those who do not take care of their homes. They only want crème de la crème. I switched companies and they wanted me to replace a broken basement window one of my dogs broke. On my list but I did it much sooner to save the money.

Having been in the insurance businsence I know they look for any reason to drop you and do send out pepole to inspect your home.
Legally if you're gate is open they can go in.
State Farm even has a commercial regarding roof issues
