Not looking to start an issue,...but wondering if there has been anymore work done by AC on the original "Bleach Wash"? Not sure where the standing on this stuff was and even if anyone else has messed with it at all. I love the idea of it,..if I could get this to work as easily as liquid hypo it w...
This is the inside of a Check valve for a mixing Proportioner that I built last winter. It's a zero restriction check valve with EDM rubber seals. I put about 2500 gallons of straight S/H threw it. As you can see there is nothing wrong with this valve after a full season of use. I got it from US Platics-- Ed...
News Flash! Additive for roof soap! For years, Art and I have been using unapproved soap for roof cleaning and house washes. We have been told our insurance could be canceled and we could get sued for not using "Industry" soap. What we have done is save a ton of money over the years buying soap locally. Ze...

How big of a deal are gutters to you guys when roof cleaning? Do you insist that they are fully cleaned/flushed before cleaning a roof? Do you inspect/inquire for each bid? If they have debris in them, but the downspouts drain, is that good enough for you if the customer doesn't want to do a full clean...
Shore BestArtillery Fungus RemoverOther powerwashers/softwashers have expressed great interest in our product SB2365 Artillery Spore & More. Apparently artillery spores are a big problem for house washers and many have given up on, but we have a solution to this problem.I have attached a b...
Here is one of the companies I have to bid against, not only are his prices to low, he is so unsure of what he charges that he tells every homeowner that he will beat any quote they get. Why do people do this, why cant they have a price and stick to it, if they had confidence in their service and product they wo...
I just recently "Googled my Business" and I have to say I'm pretty psyched about it. I have already showed up #1 on some of my keyword searches and my website comes up on the first page just behind home advisor. I did hire someone for some SEO just last week. I only have one review so far on the Google my b...
Hey guys, ran into my first gutter brightening that purple power wasn't providing great results.
I started yesterday with a gallon left over from last year, made a difference but not much. Bought a new gallon this morning and nothing. Putting it on full strength with a brush ,letting it dwell a coup...
Not cleaning industry relevant but thought it could be fun. All you do is type 1 word that has some possible relevance to the one on the post before it. For example if I type "fruit" you could type "Apple" Then someone could put "tree" so on and so on This can get really f...
Since apparently back links are now bad, what about posting "friends" videos or links to their web-sites in my blog section? Does that hurt or help me/them? Seems like a pretty easy way to generate content for a blog. Please chime in gurus!!!!!

I had been using a company that would deliver my SH by tanker truck to my shop. But then the SH just appeared to become weaker and was not very effective. I never called and complained......instead I switched to Univar. The problem with Univar is they only have the 55 Gal drums. So I'm constantly running...

I was working on a home yesterday that has to be one of the dirtiest homes (Roof cleaning) I've ever cleaned. Not only was it covered in moss and Lichen on every section of roof (north, south facing etc) but the Algae build up was so bad it took about 5 applications with some pretty strong mix on the final 2....

Experiment time. After doing more research on Sodium Carbonate,..I think I may try to use this in a house wash. It is what Cascade main ingredient is. So it should cut bug crap and dirt,..and "should" leave the windows acceptable? Recommended mix it seems is around 2 tablespoons per gallon of water....
First time I ever used the product,..(I've used Sodium Percarbonate by the bag many times though),....I don't use it much anymore,..replaced it with Hydroxide for wood cleaning. But,..I had a job cleaning a bridge over water and wanted to use something I felt more comfortable with. Pretty impre...
