I found a very nice app called Easy Map Maker. I used it to create a map of all the jobs we have done. You can color code the pins according to say, type of roof. You can filter the different color pins. You can save it on line to later edit. It's used to visually see where your more profitable areas are. And be...
I wonder is there some scent that comes in pellet form. I think it would be great if you could spread some of the pellets around the house to mask the smell of the SH. We were cleaning a house yesterday and even though we had soap and some scent mixed through, the the customer came back from a school run and sa...

Many who have been here for years have donated many times to keep the forum going. This time we are asking for all members who h...

Building the new set up and adding a booster means finding a generator since I don't want to deal with extensions cords. I have been looking at 2000w Sportsman for a few months because of it size, price and thought I found a great price until I saw this. I bought a 7500 dual fuel for the house 4 years ago and h...
I'm thinking of buying a roll of Rain Drain 1000. I think it would be a good idea to leave on the leader after the job is done. Some times theres a bush or tree close to the drain and this would direct the mix away from it. One roll of a 1000' cost about $150. Do any of you guys use this or have you tried it. I think...

We put a bid in for an apartment complex, and haven't gotten a call back. It's our first big commercial job, and i hope i didnt over price it. There are 5 of the two story complexes and one 1500 Sq ft office. I know it was between us a two other companies, but might have just got out bid. The job is just for the...
I was at a customers house to give an estimate for cleaning & staining their deck and saw this dirty grey Teak patio set. Asked her what she wanted to do about it. She said she had an estimate to restore it and had just put it on Craigs list and had already order a new set. I asked her for how much and she sa...

I am looking for a free program where I can put a "bubble" above someones head and put text in it. Like in cartoons. Is there anything out there like this. What is that bubble called? Don't know what to Google.
was contacted to wash a brick building that just went under some renovations. In the photos you will see the old brick and white paint on the bricks as well... they must have painted in the wind. I don't think this is a soft wash job... I'm thinking it may really need power washing an an acid wash.... thoug...

I have been considering something I know others have done in the past,.and I think some still do. Except I'm gonna add a twist to it via my remote unit. I've seen many talk about force feeding a downstream injector to get a stronger concentration,..especially with 8-10 GPM. I never had much interest...

For the guys that have them what would you change if you could build it again. I know these are awesome skids and they are the best on the market but as they are used during t...
