The hood cleaning company had obviously not been performing a proper and thorough cleaning for quite some time and the grease catch basin was not even attached to the fan system, allowing vented oils to spill on the r...

How would you handle this copper dormer if cleaning this roof? It's not real dirty up there so I could likely avoid it, but assume it's gonna get sprayed. This house also has copper gutters.

Most guys here would think this was easy, not for me. Didn't look good until I rinse it. I couldn't tell the home owner that the dead brown moss would fall off in 3 months then it would look good. This house was going up for sale in two weeks

Hello NSWA members. Thank you for accepting me into the alliance. I got my start in pressure cleaning in the oil field where I ran a tank washing operation. Got asked to bid a 7 story hotel. Soft wash Hardie siding. Confident I could do it. But never done one and not sure where to start. Do you price the floors separately? Or just use the lin.ft around the building? Add for each balcony, etc.? Will I need to rent a lift? (That's a joke, btw) 😄

Got a lead for ya

I have several options to use for a rig (single axle trailer, double axle trailer, pickup, van), but right now im leaning towards the van, and have a few questions about it. What should be done to the floor? Coated with a bedliner material? Plywood or rubber mat on top of that, or would the liner be suff...

As the year went on I would mention to the manager that we could make the awnings look real good and I'd be happy to do one for free so they could see. A week ago I notice some work being done as I drove by....
