I have not yet begun soft washing. still Doing my research... Curious, does the normal 30% solution cause any corrosion to lead boots, galvanized wall flashing, gutters or wave drip?
If so how do you combat that? I've seen the bleach wash. Does everyone use this to rinse chlorination off these areas...
Something I've been doing this Summer and has been well received by customers,..and it's easy enough to do. I have a hand held leaf blower on my rig for blowing off patios and decks and sometimes roofs before cleaning them. Well I've taken that a step further. Now I take a few minutes at the end of any j...
I'm constantly getting questions regarding which hose to use for the booster pumps. I typically use the Goodyear Plivoic, but this new batch I picked up yesterday looks like it may be a different brand (Maybe Continental?). I took photos of the hose which has the PSI and specifications printed on it....
I have had the water booster skid since 7/16. I ran it with a generator and it kept kicking off so I used a 10ga extension cord and it continued to kick off and get extremely hot And quit running. Until I could send it back to get checked out I bought a 1 HP Flotec. It ran fine for three jobs then on the Fourth it t...
My home may flood by Monday and the areas surrounding us are flooding like never before. I just watched a video of a dramatic rescue just down the road from us. You WILL see it on the national news! It was super amazing. A little red convertible car was sinking when a boat with a news crew approached it. Ins...
Looking at my options for a softwashing machine. Has anyone purchased then Bronco softwashing machine from powerwash.com for $1100? Is it worth the money?

I think it would helpful for the whole group if we had a n...

I have to replace one or two quick connects on my 12V chem hose 1/2" id. The only markings on them is the brand name Legacy. How does one tell whether it's 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2"? I know it's not 1/2" but I thought I throw that size in there as well. I understand everyone uses Hanson as will I, but those puppies are...

Back when I was in I.T. I had built pc's with water cooling systems to overclock cpu's and keep them from melting. Last night I thought about building something similar to cool 12v pumps especially in the extreme heat we'really having here now. This morning I realized how easy it would be to use a sm...
Who here accepts credit card payments? And my main question is... Can you charge the fee to the customer , legally? I can't wrap my head around the idea of why I should take a hit on my money earned, just to swipe someone's card. When I can just simply not accept them.

If you look closely you can see the wand strokes in the oxidation of the vinyl. They did half the house like that before the home owner ran them off. Do you guys charge extra to fix others messes? Or just roll with it and get good word of mouth advertising? I mean it's obvious the house needs oxi-wash anyway...
